This is a formal inquiry into the hiring procedure of a author/screenwriter for a project that we are calling "Coming Home". The family of Lt. Col. William L. Kieffer Jr. as well as Colonel Keith Balts, USAF has reached out and given permission to me to find the right person to tell this remarkable story to a larger audience.
